Refund and Returns Policy
Return Conditions :
Once an order has been shipped from the workshop, Cyber_mantis_ is no longer responsible for the package. Cyber_mantis_ does not offer refunds or replacements for items lost, stolen, or delayed due to postal or customs issues.
For any questions regarding returns, please contact me before returning your item. In case of a return request for defective jewelry or other problems, please send an email to: Cyber_mantis_@hotmail.com
Made-to-order and custom-made pieces are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
If your return is authorized, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition, undamaged. Upon receipt of the return, Cyber_mantis_ will inspect the piece for any wear, damage, or alteration. Items showing signs of use, damage, breakage, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund.
If the item meets the return criteria, Cyber_mantis_ will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Delivery costs are not refundable.
Return Shipping Costs :
Cyber_mantis_ is not responsible for lost returns. To ensure a secure return, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping the tracking number until the package is received.
