Warranty – Replacement- Repair
Warranty :
In accordance with Swiss law, all orders are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. You may request a repair or replacement in case of manufacturing defects during this period. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Cyber_mantis_ recommends reading these care tips to preserve the quality of your jewelry. Please keep your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
Replacement:
If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, Cyber_mantis_ will repair it free of charge. Contact me by email within 14 days of delivery to arrange the repair.
In case of accidental damage, the repair costs will be borne by the customer (excluding shipping fees).
⚠ Normal wear over time is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a refund or exchange. ⚠
Defective items upon delivery must be returned unused and in their original packaging using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return.
Cyber_mantis_ reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet the above criteria. Additionally, customs duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed after inspection of the returned item, which may take 3 to 4 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Repair :
If a piece of jewelry purchased from my online store is broken due to mishandling or an accident, I offer a repair service under the following conditions :
- Damage assessment: Please contact me by email with photos of the damaged jewelry to evaluate the feasibility of the repair.
- Repair cost: The price varies depending on the complexity of the repair and will be communicated after assessment (minimum CHF 50).
- Shipping: Please send the jewelry in its original packaging to the postal address provided by email.
- Shipping fees: Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
