Did you spot a unique piece on my shop or Instagram account, but it’s no longer available? Or do you have a completely new jewelry idea that you’d love to bring to life? No worries! I can create a new version just for you. My custom-made orders can be adapted to your size and the gemstones of your choice.

How to Order a Custom Jewelry Piece ?

Step 1 : Send Me Your Request via Email

• Send me your detailed request by email by contacting me here –> Contact Me <–
• Attach a photo of the jewelry piece that inspires you or describe your idea in detail.
• Let me know any modifications you’d like: gemstone color, engraving, jewelry size, ring size (you can check the Size Guide for assistance), variations, or any other customization.
• If you want a completely new and original design, describe your idea, your style, or the elements you’d like to incorporate. I am open to creating unique pieces that I’ve never made before.

Step 2 : Quotation & Pricing

• After reviewing your request, I will send you a detailed quote including:
  ✔️ The price of the jewelry
  ✔️ The estimated production time
  ✔️ The materials used

Step 3 : Confirmation & Production 🔨

• Once the quote is approved and the payment is received, I will begin crafting your jewelry.
• If you’d like, I can send you updates on the creation process, or you can choose to keep the final result a surprise (just let me know in your email).
• Once your jewelry is completed, it will be shipped to you (see Shipping and Return).

Step 4 : Delivery & Pickup

• Once your jewelry is finished, you will receive a confirmation email. You will need to fill out the form included in the email so I can proceed with shipping your order.

Important Informations : 

• Guaranteed Uniqueness: Since every piece is handmade, slight variations may occur, making each creation truly one-of-a-kind.
• Production Time: It takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks to create a custom-made jewelry piece.

Shipping : 

• Once the jewelry is finished, I will notify you by email, and you can choose:
  📍 Postal Delivery: Shipping within 2-4 business days (see Shipping Policy).
  📍 Pickup in Switzerland.
