Delivery Times and Costs : 

  • Switzerland (1-3 business days): CHF 8
  • European Union (3-8 business days): CHF 14
  • International (4-8 business days): CHF 25
    Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier. Cyber_mantis_ is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. Once the package is delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for loss or theft.

Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. I recommend entering your phone number at checkout to be informed of any possible unforeseen issues.

Shipping of Orders:

    • In-stock items and unique pieces are shipped within 2 to 4 business days, usually on Tuesdays and W ednesdays.
    • Made-to-order pieces require 14 to 21 business days before shipping. See the product description for more details.
    • Custom pieces or special orders may take longer depending on the complexity of the design. 

Address & Delivery Responsibility :

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. In accordance with the refund policy, Cyber_mantis_ does not offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout. Cyber_mantis_ recommends tracking your shipment and contacting your local postal service in case of delivery problems.


If an international package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us by email to arrange reshipment. In this case, additional shipping costs may be applied.

  • Refund and Returns Policy

Once an order has been shipped from the workshop, Cyber_mantis_ is no longer responsible for the package. Cyber_mantis_ does not offer refunds or replacements for items lost, stolen, or delayed due to postal or customs issues.

Return Conditions:

For any questions regarding returns, please contact me before returning your item. In case of a return request for defective jewelry or other problems, please send an email to: Cyber_mantis_@hotmail.com 


Made-to-order and custom-made pieces are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

If your return is authorized, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition, undamaged. Upon receipt of the return, Cyber_mantis_ will inspect the piece for any wear, damage, or alteration. Items showing signs of use, damage, breakage, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund.

If the item meets the return criteria, Cyber_mantis_ will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Delivery costs are not refundable. 

Return Shipping Costs : 

Cyber_mantis_ is not responsible for lost returns. To ensure a secure return, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping the tracking number until the package is received.
